SMS Communication Policy
This SMS Policy is designed to comply fully with U.S. telecommunications regulations, carrier requirements, and The Campaign Registry (TCR) standards for registered business messaging (including RingCentral).
1. Purpose
This policy governs all SMS communications sent by PrimeNest Properties LLC (“PrimeNest Properties”).
2. Message Types & Use Cases
Depending on your relationship with us, messages may support internal operations (among PrimeNest Properties employees and contractors, such as coordination and logistics) or external communications (with customers, property owners, tenants, investors, and contractors).
We send SMS messages for:
- Customer care
- Transaction updates
- Appointment reminders
- Account notifications
- Conversational or one-to-one messages tied to a request or ongoing relationship
- Marketing (only with express written consent)
3. Consent Requirements
We obtain consent through:

- Optional checkbox (unchecked by default)
- Clear disclosure language (frequency, rates, STOP, HELP, and brand)
- Links to Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and SMS Communication Policy as required for TCR and carrier review
B. Verbal Consent Script

4. Required Disclosures

- Opt-outs are immediately honoured, logged and retained
- No further SMS will be sent after opt-out
